Tania Galán


Born in San Sebastián (Guipúzcoa, Spain) in November 1979, his family moved to the east of the country when she was 8. After completing her studies she traveled to Madrid to do a degree in Media Production. Since 2002, she has been working on different films in the production team, beginning his career with award-winning documentaries and short films. She launched a production company and an LGBT association in the New Century.

In 2012 she published her most winning work as director of production and distribution (‘Ephemeral’, Diego Modino), which has won more than 60 international awards and 190 screenings worldwide.

In 2014, she launched the company InOut Distribution Ltd, with several LGBT content, while producing short films like ‘Mr. Dentonn ‘(Ivan Villamel, 2014), and directed her first short film called ‘Bella’, which is traveling thought the world right now. Also this year begins with her first film as an associate producer ‘Girl Gets Girl’ (Sonia Sebastián, 2015).

She is also a member of the Association Women Filmmakers and Audiovisual Media Professionals (CIMA). Her projects have won a total amount of 90 awards worldwide.
